One may need at some time or another the ability to Control TCL TV With Phone. This may be in cases where the remote is lost or simply the batteries are dead. Its also very convenient to control your TV from your phone.
My guide will simplify the process and show you How to Control your TCL Smart TV all from your phone. This will be done from apps on your phone and you do not need to pay a dime.

How to control your TCL TV with your Phone?
I will be using a Samsung Galaxy as my phone of choice in this guide but note this also works the same for Android.
1.Go to the Play Store and download the :TCL Home App.Link found here.
2.Go ahead and log into your TCL Account.
3.Add your TV and make sure its on the same WiFi connection as your phone.
4.Launch the App and connect to your TV.That’s it you can now control your TV with the TCL Home App.
Troubleshooting Connectivity Issues:
You may have connectivity issues at times with the App try the following to fix them.
1.Make sure phone and WiFi are on the same connection.
2.Close app and open again afresh.
3.Disconnect WiFi and connect again on phone.
4.Restart your TV afresh.
