So with this issues of Macbook Screen Showing weird colors you will notice a tinge to the screen that may be: Red,Yellow,Green,Blue or just about any color.
Its like a filter that’s been placed over the display because in these cases most likely it is. So in these cases follow the directions below and fix the problem.

How to Fix Screen Showing Weird Colors Macbook?
So in order to fix the issue do the following
1.Click the Apple logo Upper left.
2.Next go to System settings.
3.Select Accessibility and then Display.
4.Turn Off Colour Filters.
The Display will return to normal. You will also notice the Colour Filters has several options that results in the weird Colour look of the display.
