This guide will show you how to turn off Bixby by removing its activation from long pressing the power button. This way you will all but disable the Bixby function unless you really want to activate it.

How to Disable Bixby on Galaxy A51?
In order to disable Bixby from the Power button do the following
1.Go to settings.
2.Go to Advanced Features.
3.Choose: Side Key.
4.Under Press and hold set it to: Change from Wake Bixby and change to Power off Menu.
That should do it and for the Double press function should also be on Quick Launch Camera.Now you should never have any issue of Launching Bixby out of error unless you go to the App.
