I recently had a situation where when I was working out Samsung Health would count my steps. However when I was not working out it would still count my steps. Especially while I was about during the day. This can really throw off my exercise routine.
My guide will show you how to stop Samsung health counting steps. This way you will have the Health app only counting steps when you want it to such as only when exercising. This way you can have a better and more accurate tracking of your health and steps.
Why do this?
As mentioned this is great for stopping the Health App counting your steps when you are not exercising and may falsely counts various daily movements as steps. This way it wont mess up your counter and only count when you want such as when you are exercising.
