In order o do a Hard Reset of a Alcatel Tablet you will need to
1.Power down the Alcatel tablet.
2.Press volume up and Power.
3.At the first boot logo or text go ahead and let go of power and keep holding volume up.
4.Your device will boot into Android recovery.
5.Use volume up and down to move through the menu and power to select. Select wipe data factory reset and confirm.
After the process is finished go ahead and reboot.Startup may take a little longer after this but its to be expected.
