This guide is written for Android devices with the YouTube App. So if you have any Android device such as any Samsung galaxy or Galaxy Note device and others this is the guide for you.

How to Turn off this Feature?
In order to turn off the Autoplay feature in the background of YouTube where videos play in the background muted for Home feed, search and subscriptions:
1.Startup the YouTube app.
2.Click your user icon in the upper right which should be the circular icon beside the search option.
3.Now from here go to settings.
4.Next go to General.
5.Finally scroll all the way down and look for: Muted Playback in Feeds. Click it and Choose off to turn the feature off.
That’s it go back to your Feed in YouTube and notice that now the videos will not play unless you choose to play them.
