How to Change Instagram Password?
1.Open Instagram.
2.Go to your profile feed.
3.Click the three lines upper right and go to settings.
4.Go to Security and then password. Enter your old password and then the new one. Make sure your password is secure and click save or the check mark to confirm. That should do it.

1.Go to Instagram website in a browser.
2.Click on Login and select Forgot password.
3.From here enter Email or Username or Phone to go about accessing your account again.
