How to Deactivate Instagram Temporarily?
1.Start the Instagram App and go to your Profile tab.
2.Click the three lines upper right and select the settings option.
3.From settings go to Help.
4.Next select help center and then Manage your account.
5.Select Delete your account and select the option: How do I delete my Instagram Account?
When the list expands with the info section select: Delete your account under which is towards the end of the screen under number 1.
6.On the Delete your account page choose the link in the first paragraph that says: Temporarily disable. You will be on a new Page that says Temporarily disable your account.
7.Select a reason for disabling your account and enter your password and finally the Temporarily Disable account button when it becomes active.
That’s it guys your account is now disabled. To activate it once again or when ready simply log back into your account and you will be able to activate your account again.
