1.Launch the Facebook app. Make sure you are on the Home tab and click the three lines in the upper right of the screen.
2.Go down to settings & Privacy.
3.Next select settings.
4.Go to the Privacy section.
5.Now select Blocking. Now click the Add to Blocked List and search for a user or there email. You can remove or add users as you like.
