A big shout out to Choetech and thank you guys for sending in the Choetech USB-C to HDMI + PD Adapter in for review. As always guys this is my honest review of this product and the above information is meant for transparency as this will not affect the review in any way.
The Adapter comes in a White and Blue box and the cable itself is a handy cable that allows you to connect your USB type C device to a large display such as a TV set or Projector in most cases.
The device you will most likely use this to cast or screen Mirror on to your TV or Projector is your Smartphone or Laptop. I find that the Smartphone such as the Galaxy S10 is a better fit though.
Whats Inside the Box?
This is a small product and inside the Box you have The Cable or Adapter, A Choetech Binder or cable tie to keep the cable organized and a small card from the company.
I love that the cable is a very nice 6 Feet or 1.8 Meters in length. Both end of the cable is also capped off with a protective cap to protect the ends which is a nice touch.

Testing and Performance of the Product
I tested the cable both on a Large screen HD TV and a Projector as well which is the main usage scenarios. bear in mind that that the cable can support even 4K TV sets as well.
When attached to the TV set by HDMI it was as easy as plugging in both ends and one into the TV and the other into the smartphone. The TV was then set to the appropriate HDMI port and the phones display was Mirrored easily. In order to keep the phone charged you can use the Power Delivery (PD) by attaching the phones adapter to the Choetech USB-C to HDMI + PD Adapter and plug it in. The phone will start charging easily while connected to the TV or other device.
The setup was similar on the Projector and just as easy. As with both displays the phones would show in the tall aspect ratio as with the smartphone and go wide on Video or picture viewing which is nice. The cable also operates lag free with fast performance.
Conclsuion
The Choetech USB-C to HDMI + PD Adapter works flawlessly, there is nothing to install its simply plug and play out the box. If you want a effortless way to mirror your Smartphone or other device to your TV set without complicated mirroring tutorials then this is the cable for you.
Best of all you can show off your Family Pictures, Videos and other media that’s on your smartphone or other devices to Family members or large groups. You can even give a presentation from your phone in a pinch.
