The Electronic Entertainment Expo for 2015 is off to a Blast and its a really exciting time to be a Gamer and all around Technology enthusiast as we are given an early peak at all the upcoming titles for the year which includes big announcements from EA Press Conference of titles such as Plants Vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2 which is a much-anticipated title. The Game will be released on December 31, 2016 but you can actually pre-order it right now and beat everyone to the punch early. It should also be noted that it will be available for all major consoles including the PC.
Plants Vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2
We all know the story very well plant and zombies are not the best of friends, heck they are mortal enemies and plants have been the last line of defense protecting suburbia from the zombies but this time things have changed as we take things home to the Zombies home turf of Zomberbia, Crazy name I know. Meet all new characters as the Zombies mount an offensive against the plant invading hoards that will stop at nothing to see them destroyed. Sweet!!!
Gameplay and Characters
From what we have seen from the E3 conference so far in Gameplay Demo footage is the Zomboss factory map which was built by doctor Zomboss as a part of his ongoing effort to create Zomberbia. As always the plants are never too far away as they mount an assault on the factory and it’s up to the Zombies to defend it.
The Game features 4 player co-op and I am loving the updated Graphics which looks really nice. we are also introduced to new characters such as the Imp which is a short and stucky little dude but don’t be fooled as he packs a blaster that has a mean punch and he has the moves that would make any gunslinger jealous.
super Brainz is a melee class character seen in the picture above, I know the name is a bit misleading yet not if you get my meaning but he uses a number of dynamic fist moves which unleashes a flurry of punches. Plus he has energy blast attacks such as “Super ultra Ball” that shoots from his fists.Other characters includes Captain Deadbeard which is the games first sniper class character and more.
The whole Game is a tower defense Game where the plants are attacking and the Zombies must defend. This is a twist on the traditional Game as played on Android as we are given things from the Zombies perspective.
We were also shown cool Boss battle and guess what you can even call a cool Mech like suit to assist with larger and peskier enemies to level the playing field all of which you can control. With weapons such as “Robo Laser”, I must go ahead and admit that if you are familiar with the first Game that this is going to be totally different and so much better with more immersive gameplay and stunning graphics.
